7:30 am - Registration
8:30 am - Costume Contest
9:00 am - 5K Run
9:10 am - 5K Walk
10:00 am - Santa Chase (fun run for ages 12 and under)

Packet Pick Up - Late Registration
Entrants may pick up their race packets on Friday, December 7 from 4pm to 7pm at the National Institute for Fitness and Sport located on the IUPUI Campus. See Location Map of NIFS.  Registration and packet pick up will also take place on race day from 7:30 am to 8:45 am at the National Institute for Fitness and Sport.  Each entrant receives a long-sleeve, four color JBR T-shirt and jingle bells for their shoes!  Parking is FREE for packet pickup on Friday - please park at the NIFS parking lot on the east side of the facility.

Packet Pick-Up Parking - You may park for FREE in the NIFS parking lot - just east of the NIFS building - as you enter the gate, you will need to press the speaker button and announce that you are there for the Jingle Bell Run - they will then open the gate for you - as you exit the gate will automatically open.

Event Day Parking - There is a $4 per vehicle charge at IUPUI.  Please park in the Barnhill Garage (at corner of NY Street and Barnhhill) or the Sports Garage (next to the Natatorium) when you arrive on campus.

Santa Weight=Men>200 lbs.  Women>160 lbs. (Please indicate on registration form if you are in the Santa Weight division)

Awards
The top three male and female overall running and walking finishers will recieve seperate awards.  Other awards will be presented proportionally to the number pre-registered in each age group division (minimum 3).   The awards ceremony will follow the race at N.I.F.S.

Team Up Against Arthritis
You can form a team of four or more to compete against other teams in the Jingle Bell Run/Walk. The entry fee for a team is $25 per person -
The Team entry fee includes:  JBR T-shirt, Gloves, Jingle Bells for each team member.  All teams receive additional recognition at the race site.  Team members are encouraged to raise pledges for individual prizes

Team Awards
The first place team will receive individual awards for each scoring member.   The second and third place teams will receive group awards.  The top four members from each team will be scored (at least one being female).  ALL TEAMS MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED - No race day registration!

Costume Contest
Come to the race dressed for the season!  Be an elf, a Christmas tree, a candy cane... use your imagination!  Individual and group winners will receive great prizes.  Judging begins at 8:30 a.m.

Santa Chase
For kids ages 12 and under - show up at the IUPUI Track and see if you can catch Santa as he runs a lap around the track. Fun fun! Event will start at 10:00 am.
