General Information
The Pleasant Run Run Race Committee recommends that runners and walkers pre-register.  Participants may pick up their race packets and turn in their pledge sheets the night before the race at Irvington United Methodist Church.  For more information, contact the Information Line at (317)733-3300.
All registered runners and walkers will receive a quality T-shirt; Kline's Quality Water; fresh fruit at the finish line.

9:15 a.m.                       Judging for costume division at Audubon Stage

9:30                               Start of Dual D Fun Run for children ages 14 and under - east side of  Methodist Church at walk start line

10:00 a.m. - 4 p.m.       52nd Irvington Halloween Festival

10:00 a.m.                     Start of Pleasant Run Run

10:05 a.m.                    Start of 5 Mile Racewalk (limit of 1 hr 20 min)

10:15 a.m.                     Start of Neighborhood Family Walk - east side of church at New York Street

Noon                             Awards Ceremony, Presbyterian Church

4:00 p.m.                        Halloween Parade, Washington Street

5:00 p.m.                        Closing Festival Ceremonies at Audubon Stag

Entry Fees
5 Mile Run - On or before October 22 - $20.00   (October 23 and after- $25.00)
5 Mile Racewalk - On or before October 22 - $20.00     (October 23 and after - $25.00)
3 Mile Neighborhood Walk - $15.00    (Race Day - $20.00)

Awards
The awards ceremony will take place at the Presbyterian Church located two blocks south of Washington Street off of Audubon.  The awards ceremony will begin at noon.   Attractive awards will be presented to the top finishers in both the run and racewalk.  Additional age group awards will also be presented to the top finishers in all age groups.

Note:  The racewalk will be judged by racewalk officials.  All participants must follow basic racewalk rules to be eligible for awards.

Race Day Parking
Please arrive early enough to find a parking space.  Parking is available in the Ameritech parking lot located just east of Audubon on the south side of Washington Street and in the Presbyterian Church lot.  Additional parking can be found on side streets.  (Please do not park along the course route - look for no parking signs).   Note:  Washington Street between Ritter Ave. and Audubon will be closed beginning at 6:00 on race day.

Volunteers Needed to Help
Volunteers will receive refreshments, a t-shirt and a chance to win prizes.   Call Don Carr at Tuxedo Brothers at 733-3300.
